Go to Blogger, log in and go then to the dashboard + new post.
To make the scribd document visible in blogger: go back to the document in scribd, from the document menu open "Embed", copy the "Embed Code". Go back your document in blogger (edit mode), open the "Edit Html", paste the code there--easy!
